Cooll secures € 4.5M funding for market introduction

Cooll is proud to announce a major step forward by securing € 4.5 million of funding to enable market introduction of its Thermally Driven Heat Pump technology.

Following the successful achievement of key technical and certification milestones in 2024 and 2025, including CE-marking, hydrogen-readiness validation and successful product demonstrations, Cooll has secured additional growth funding to accelerate its go-to-market strategy. The funding is composed of the Dutch EFRO and Canadian NGIF subsidies, as well as follow-on investments from existing shareholders and new investors, for a total amount of € 4.5 million.

This capital injection will enable Cooll to develop, produce and install a series of 100 wall hung Thermally Driven Heat Pumps in the Netherlands, in collaboration with key partners. This funding milestone confirms confidence in Cooll’s innovative heating solution and its mission to reduce building energy consumption without grid impact.

With these company milestones, Cooll is well-positioned to bring its breakthrough technology to the market and with that significantly decarbonize the existing building sector, by making optimal use of the existing energy infrastructure. We look forward to working with our partners, suppliers, and early adopters to scale up to full commercial implementation.
