On April 26th the newly build lab at the Radartoren has officially opened. Since the relocation of the lab last November the team worked hard to build all the infrastructure in the new building with special attention to facilities needed in the near future. This means that the lab has test facilities for 3 heat pumps, of which 1 (and in future 2) have a climate controlled loop which can simulate the outside air temperature and humidity quite accurately. Next to that, the lab has a hydrogen test room which is the first facility to be used after the opening. During this summer Cooll’s hydrogen heat pump will be performance tested.
